At ONYX salon each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide a personalized luxury

experience. Because your time is valuable—and ours is as well—we require advance notice for

all changes to scheduled services.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the

scheduled service total.

• Cancellations made with 24 hours or less notice- as well as no-show appointments will

be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

CREDIT CARD ON FILE

A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. By booking with ONYX salon you

authorize us to charge the card on file in accordance with this policy.
